RBA Corporate Responsibility Statement

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) (formerly known as the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct is to formulate a set of specifications for the electronics industry or industries with electronics as the main component and their supply chains , So as to ensure that safe workers in the work environment are respected and dignified, business operations are environmentally friendly and ethical.

Sharp-eyed promises to abide by and support the RBA Code of Conduct, including five major parts:

Conflict Minerals Statement

Sharp-eyed Co. conveys the following requirements to suppliers for responsible mineral procurement:

  1. Sharp-eyed Co. suppliers must take responsibility for society and environmental protection.
  2. Sharp-eyed Co. suppliers shall ensure that the materials used in the products do not come from conflict minerals in Congo and adjacent countries; nor are they from metal minerals that directly or indirectly provide funds or benefits to armed groups in Congo or adjacent countries. These minerals include coltan (tantalum), cassiterite (tin), gold, wolframite (tungsten), and cobalt (Co).
